To

as money, we offer a bespoke property finding service, matching your
own criteria as closely as possible. There is no additional charge
for our services.
How we deal with
enquiries
· When we receive your enquiry, we seek to
establish your exact requirements, location and timescale for the
purchase.
· If you haven't already made a property selection
from the go-to-france.co.uk website, we will select properties which
match your criteria as closely as possible, and either mail or email
them to you.
· On request we will send you email updates of
new properties matching your criteria as they become
available.
When you are ready to make
an inspection visit
· We will arrange an appointment
with our relevant associate in France who will escort you to those
properties you have shortlisted to view. All our associates are
bilingual, and have been resident in France for many years, so can
provide you with background information about their area as well as
detailed information about the properties.
· If required, we
can arrange accommodation locally for you.
Once we've helped you to find that dream
property
· Our French associate will help you with the
legal aspects of the purchase, making the purchase offer with any
relevant conditions, and completing the compromis de vente.
· Arrange a translation of the compromis de vente if
required (there is a small charge for this)
· Our French associate will provide
you with a full breakdown of the price and fees payable,
and advise you when payment is due.

- Arrange a final inspection of the
property prior to signing the Acte de Vente if you are present for
completion.
- Arrange for a Power of Attorney to be
drawn up (There is a small charge for a translation, if one is
required) or arrange for a bilingual representative to be present
when you sign the Acte de Vente
- Arrange for utility bills to be
transferred to your name, and sent to your nominated address.
- Supply you with details of local artisans/builders, local DIY
shops etc if required.
It is common for purchasers to stay in
touch with us and our associates in France long after they have
completed the purchase of their French property, as a source
information and advice. We are happy to provide this unpaid service
to our clients.
